Kristen Knepper

Kristen Knepper is an attorney, career coach, and professional development expert. As founder of Kristen Knepper Consulting, her mission is to help organizations retain and advance women, and to help women recognize and articulate their own value. Kristen provides individual coaching and facilitates workshops on gender inclusion, subconscious bias, sexual harassment prevention, women’s leadership, and women’s leadership for men. She speaks nationally, and is a regular contributor to the Huffington Post.A former litigator, Kristen served both Senator Edward M. Kennedy and Senator Debbie Stabenow, advising on a variety of policy issues. She worked for National Organization for Women's (NOW) Legal Defense Fund, and served as Internship Director for Senator Kennedy. She spent ten years with Thomson Reuters, a legal technology company, recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, and creating inclusive, high-performing teams. She has reviewed thousands of resumes, conducted hundreds of interviews, and refined her negotiations skills in multiple arenas.
